From Sprint Concept to Shipped Product: Varian's ePeerReview

Lead prototype designer on a four-discipline sprint team that ran the same design methodology at four major cancer centers: UPenn, MD Anderson, UT Tyler, and Herlev Hospital in Copenhagen. The sprint outputs went directly into the shipped product, and I stayed on the product team to see it through.

Overview

Same sprint methodology, same four-discipline team, four cancer centers across three regions. The concept that emerged, Presentation Mode, solved the same distributed peer-review problem at each institution. Sprint outputs went directly into Varian's ePeerReview, and I stayed on as a designer on the product team post-sprint.
